Spend EX to build Blast Charge

Every listed Extreme/EX action consumes one EX resource. It recharges automatically, but the source leaves the cooldown value unknown. Do not copy the guide’s question marks into a numerical cooldown claim.

A landed EX attack raises Blast Charge by one in the transcription. Merely pressing the EX input, missing the attack, or filling ordinary super meter is not the same event. The Blast charging guide follows that preparation and its success check.

Normal Blast and 100% Blast

Biden Blast’s downward hitbox grows with Blast Charge. The 100% variant requires maximum Blast Charge. You still need the selected super’s activation resource; a fully prepared Blast does not turn an empty ordinary super bar into a valid input.

Biden rewards converting enhanced actions into hits and then using the larger threat. Obama instead has a separate movement-burst cancel, so choose between the two on those actual differences rather than assuming shared move shapes mean identical resource rules.
