Original Teddy and Robo are separate picks

Teddy Roosevelt’s boxing moveset belongs to the original roster identity. The May 2026 developer announcement introduced the cyborg separately. Selecting Robo Roosevelt means learning Grapple, Pulsar and air-dash actions rather than equipping a costume on this boxer.

Boxing attacks and movement inputs

On a narrow screen, scroll sideways to see every column.

Move inputs and effects
ActionInputEffect / condition
Dash PunchForward + AttackWind up, then dash forward on the ground
UppercutSpecialPunch upward
SlamDown + SpecialDrop and strike the ground
RollGrounded UniqueGround dodge with partial invulnerability
AssaultAir / Jump + UniqueLaunch toward the opponent

Inputs name actions, not physical keys. Forward is toward the opponent; “+” means a combined input. Translate the actions with your control bindings and move notation.

Roll’s invulnerability is only described for a portion of the move. It is not a guarantee of safety through the entire animation. Check grounded Roll separately from the airborne Assault input before using it to approach.

Counter or extend the attack

Bulletproof reacts to an incoming attack. The transcription includes attacks, projectiles and select supers, so do not generalize it to every super in the game. A counter needs the opponent to trigger it; it is not the same task as directly landing Big Stick.

Big Stick Diplomacy, added in the April Super Update, is an attacking super. The guide says mashing during its animation increases the attack’s size. It does not provide a universal optimum mash rate or a guarantee against every movement option.
