Plans are not released roster slots

The September announcement says William Henry Harrison is DLC #3 in development, estimates four to five weeks, and describes palette swaps as likely but not guaranteed. That estimate is not a promised calendar release date. Regular Trump is separately planned in the August announcement.

The developer also says some promised new supers were tested and not added because they were not fun. A preview, proposed name or expected week is not enough to activate a new fighter guide.

Balance changes that alter the guides

June replaces Washington’s Shotgun cooldown with hit-refilled ammo. August prevents airborne Hat Toss charging/releasing, shortens and speeds up Lincoln’s Penny, improves Nixon’s Stars/Stripes timing and float speed, increases Taft’s Eat speed, and adds a post-hit Rifle lockout for Washington.

These changes belong on the existing Lincoln, Washington, Nixon and Taft pages. They do not need duplicate “new version” URLs.
