Build charge with hits, not empty inputs
- Select Biden and the available Blast super you intend to use.
- Check that an EX resource is available. It recharges automatically.
- Use an enhanced input: Unique + Attack for EX Jab, Unique + Special for EX Bidouken, or add Up/Forward for the EX punch/kick.
- Land the EX attack on the opponent. The transcription says the hit adds one Blast Charge.
- Continue until the build displays the maximum charge required for the 100% variant, while separately building enough ordinary super meter to activate it.
Biden’s complete input pairs show which ordinary move each enhanced action replaces. Missing an EX attack does not satisfy the landed-hit condition.
Three resources and their success checks
On a narrow screen, scroll sideways to see every column.
| Resource | What changes it | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| EX resource | Spent by EX actions; recharges automatically | Whether the enhanced action is available |
| Blast Charge | Increased by landed Extreme attacks | How large / prepared the next Blast is |
| Super meter | The general super resource | Whether the selected super can be activated |
The source calls maximum charge the requirement for 100% Biden Blast but does not establish one reliable current numerical hit total across the reviewed builds. Look for the build’s maximum charge/variant indication rather than assuming an old “seven hits” recording applies.
When the intended full-power Blast does not happen
If only the normal attack appears, check the Unique combination and EX availability. If Blast Charge does not advance, distinguish a missed action from a landed EX hit. If charge is maximum but the super cannot be used, check ordinary super meter and the selected super.
The result to recognize is the maximum-charge variant being available and then activated with its own requirements met, not merely a visually large projectile. The recorded EX cooldown is unknown, so this page does not invent a fixed timer for retries.
