State, resource and sequence matter

Grounded and airborne inputs can have different results. Directional inputs are relative to facing, so turning around changes which horizontal direction is forward. “Neutral Special” means Special without a directional variant.

A cancel ends an action by starting another supported action; it is not a promise that the opponent cannot escape. “Pressure” means restricting the opponent’s options. Only call a sequence a true combo when its hit continuity has been verified for the applicable build.

Resources can gate moves: Taft’s Stomp needs enough Size, Washington’s Shotgun uses ammo, and Biden’s enhanced actions consume EX charge. A listed input alone does not prove the resource requirement is satisfied.

Use the individual moveset for exact actions

The character directory leads to all eleven reviewed fighter identities. Obama is a straightforward way to see projectile, uppercut and movement-cancel roles; Washington adds aiming and ammo; Andrew Jackson adds prediction inputs.

The developer describes the core game as returning to neutral after hits. Later fighter-specific cancels and follow-ups do not make every sequence a guaranteed combo. Keep the named build and dated balance change beside the move you are learning.
