Robo Roosevelt, not a Teddy skin

Robo-Roosevelt, Robo Roosevelt and the cyborg Teddy descriptions refer to this roster fighter. The developer’s May announcement establishes the separate identity. Original Teddy Roosevelt retains his own boxing moves and supers.

Store charge, grapple and air-dash

On a narrow screen, scroll sideways to see every column.

Move inputs and effects
ActionInputEffect / condition
Panama PulsarNeutral Special; Special again to fireCharge increases projectile size, speed and stun
Store PulsarDown, or cancel charging with jump / air-dashKeep the charge rather than immediately firing
GrappleDirection + SpecialConnect to an opponent, wall, floor or projectile and travel to the target
Air DashHorizontal direction + UniquePropel forward or backward while airborne

Inputs name actions, not physical keys. Forward is toward the opponent; “+” means a combined input. Translate the actions with your control bindings and move notation.

Grappling a projectile enhances the next grapple in the captured guide. A wall or floor target is a movement use of Grapple rather than proof that the opponent was hit. Neutral versus directional Special is important: the same assigned button serves Pulsar and Grapple.

Panama Punch and source limits

Panama Punch is the fighter’s knockout super with an extended animation. The original release announcement describes its presentation; a long cinematic does not establish different input controls for the move.

The August guide lists two air dashes before landing, while the captured Wiki lists a different limit. This unresolved numeric disagreement is not blended into a “two to three” rule. The supported directional air-dash action remains useful; check the executable’s actual reset/count before building a route that depends on a specific limit.
