Dp5layer video: final chart at 6:40
Tier labelFighters
JFKJFK
SBiden, Obama, Nixon, Andrew Jackson
AWashington, Teddy Roosevelt, Magical Girl Trump
BTaft, Robo Roosevelt
DLincoln
FEmpty in the final chart

The table follows the visible final chart, not a guessed tier from phrases such as “put him here.” For example, the spoken Jackson discussion proposes top A, while the final chart shows him in S. The authors also discuss moving Lincoln; their ending chart is the placement reported above. No within-tier ordering is asserted here.

Video commentary and its limitations
FighterAuthor’s stated reason / uncertainty
JFKA separate top label; the closing discussion emphasizes the one-hit grab threat
BidenThey emphasize the prepared 100% Blast threat (0:44–1:24), while one speaker notes being a Biden main
JacksonPistol pressure and predictions (1:27–1:54); the spoken tier suggestion differs from the final graphic
LincolnThey place him lowest while still calling the roster playable; one later remarks he might be higher (1:56–2:16; 6:29)
Magical Girl TrumpWeak base form versus the stronger transformed kit, with transformation required (2:18–2:47)
NixonStone upgrades and the finishing super; the authors discuss low S (2:50–3:31)
ObamaSpeed Up and super threat; they also speculate about future changes (3:32–4:03)
Robo RooseveltPotential but limited player representation in their discussion (4:06–4:30)
TaftMovement against a large hitbox and specific matchup concerns (4:32–5:08)
Teddy RooseveltSpeed and defensive options, qualified by vulnerability to skilled projectile play (5:11–5:46)
WashingtonFull-screen rifle pressure, stun and Revolutionary Rain; the authors also choose a visually stepped chart (5:48–6:18)

Those are attributed judgments, not verified win rates or official matchup ratings. Assertions about tournament bans, controller requirements or guaranteed supers in the conversation are not adopted as game facts.

Use this as an opinion snapshot

The discussion weighs movement, projectile pressure, resource payoff, super threat and personal experience. It does not publish a scoring formula, controlled match sample, fixed skill bracket or complete tournament results. The speakers explicitly want a stepped-looking chart; that is one reason not to read the tier distances as measured differences.

Older June templates predate the later roster additions and are not merged into a fabricated before/after balance trend. The video’s anticipated nerfs remain speculation without a matching developer patch. Choose a fighter guide for inputs, or create your own labelled ranking for your mode and build.
